Welcome to Sunarius. These Terms of Service ("Terms") dictate your access to and use of our game application and website. By accessing or using the services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

> 1. ACCEPTANCE_OF_TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Sunarius application, you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device that you own or control.

  • You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
  • You may not distribute, lease, sell, or sublicense the application.
  • You may not exploit the application for any commercial purpose (e.g. selling in-game currency).

You agree not to use the application in a way that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of Sunarius or others.
  • Involves cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software (bots/hacks).
  • Harasses, abuses, or insults other players.

> 4. IN-APP_PURCHASES

The application may offer virtual goods or currency for purchase. All such purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by local laws. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

> 5. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

> 6. DISCLAIMER_OF_WARRANTIES

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.
